Scope: Milli's guides provide general educational information for parents and caregivers. They do not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a pediatrician or another qualified health professional.
Who writes the guides
Articles are written and maintained by the Milli Editorial Team, the team behind the Milli baby-tracking app. The team has product experience with organizing feeding, sleep, diaper, growth and health-event records, but does not present itself as a medical provider.
How health information is checked
Before publication and during material updates, we compare factual health claims with current guidance from primary and authoritative sources, prioritizing:
- the American Academy of Pediatrics and its HealthyChildren.org resource;
- the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention;
- the World Health Organization;
- national public-health services such as the NHS; and
- clinical guidelines or peer-reviewed consensus statements when appropriate.
Each guide lists the sources used for its central factual claims. A link to a source does not imply that the source endorses Milli.
Medical review status
Milli does not label an article as “medically reviewed” unless a named, appropriately credentialed clinician has reviewed that specific version. At present, the guides are editorially fact-checked against the sources they list; they are not a substitute for individualized medical care.
Updates and corrections
Material changes are reflected in the visible updated date and page metadata. If guidance changes or we identify an error, we correct the article and reassess related FAQs and structured data.

Commercial transparency
Guides may explain how a Milli feature relates to the topic. Those sections are clearly separated from the educational content. Advertising partners do not select article topics, approve copy or alter health guidance.
